As soon as the pork butt thaws, we'll be grinding and maybe even stuffing chorizo. This burger is inspired by one I devoured at Flip a couple of weeks ago when I was in Atlanta for BlogHer Food. Gotta love a burger that you are still thinking about 10 days later!

The texture combination of grilled fish and roasted potatoes is one of my favorites. And tomato salad! This is the first of many to come.
On my spice expedition at the Food Pak last week, I bought spice blends for both Chicken Shawarma and Beef Shawarma. I've make köfte and souvlaki regularly, but have never shawarma. Can't wait to try.
