Almost Wordless Wednesday: Avocado on Toast with Applewood Smoked Bacon



Possibly my very favorite breakfast -- a perfectly ripened avocado gently mashed with some kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, spread on whole grain toast, and topped with crisp applewood smoked bacon. Try it, you'll like it.
